ENGRAVED AND PERSONALIZED JEWELRY
Please note that custom-engraved jewelry and products made specifically for you are non-returnable. These items are unique and cannot be resold, so refunds are not possible. Should you return an engraved or personalized item, we reserve the right to return it to you and charge you for the associated shipping costs.
WORN OR DAMAGED JEWELRY
Non-refundable items are used/worn items. The jewelry must be in new and unworn condition, with all tags attached.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, previously worn, or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we cannot issue a refund and will return the item.
RETURNS WITHOUT A RIGHT OF RETURN
For returns sent to us without a right of return, we reserve the right to retain or charge the shipping and return shipping costs. This includes returns of worn or engraved items.
ADDRESS ERRORS AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
We reserve the right to retain the shipping and return costs for shipments returned to us due to an address error by the customer, or for shipments that have been attempted for delivery and are subsequently returned to us. Any subsequent delivery attempt will also be charged.
DELAYED PACKAGE
We have established partnerships with all of our carriers and strive to deliver all packages within the specified timeframe. Please note that we are not responsible for package delays that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or carrier issues beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve any issue for all our customers regarding returns, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability.
In the event that a package is lost, missing, or delivery cannot be confirmed via tracking, we will reship the order. Packages with a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be investigated and are not eligible for a refund until the issue is resolved. If your package does not appear or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number.
